Shipping Policy – DRAKAbeauty

At DRAKAbeauty, we prioritize delivering your beauty essentials promptly and securely. Here's what you can expect when shopping with us:

1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the same day.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary based on destination:

Within the Netherlands: 2–3 business days.
Within the EU: 3–7 business days.
International: 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

2. Packaging

All orders are packaged securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit. We use neutral, unbranded packaging to maintain your privacy and enhance the unboxing experience. In rare cases, minor variations in outer packaging may occur during transit; this is considered an unforeseeable risk and does not affect the product itself.

3. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with reputable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs & Duties

For international shipments outside the EU:

-Customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
-The recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

5. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process promptly. To request changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately. While we strive to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in transit.

6. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly. 
When an order is not picked up by the recipient, it is returned to our warehouse. Once it is received in the warehouse, it is managed automatically by the TSS team and is then passed onto the administration department to process the payment. The order shipment and the return to the warehouse entail transportation expenses, which the company or person who placed the order must pay for. Consequently, you will receive a payment corresponding to the order return minus the two-way delivery expenses. Keep in mind that the management process can last several weeks.
